What you'll do
- Lead and take ownership of core product components from concept to deployment in a high-traffic, scalable environment.
- Collaborate closely with Product to design scalable and maintainable architectures for a growing LegalTech / Utilities platform.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, contribute to hiring, and help shape the engineering culture.
- Maintain high code quality, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system stability and scalability under real-world pressure.
- Drive technical decisions, lead code reviews, and operate in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment with continuous deployment.
