- Balance hands-on full-stack development (Rails backend, React frontend) with leadership and strategic planning.
- Champion AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality, testing, and review efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Data Science to ensure data accuracy and deliver impactful features.
