What you'll do
- Lead full-stack development with end-to-end ownership of APIs, SDKs, AI Agent platform, and communication products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product teams, and developer community to shape product direction.
- Ensure technical quality across the stack focusing on performance, reliability, latency, and developer experience.
- Drive decisions using experimental data and maintain agility to pivot based on empirical findings.
- Mentor team members, improve tooling, and set high engineering standards to elevate team performance.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 6+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Applicants should be comfortable working on both backend and frontend systems and making product decisions.
- Experience building 0-to-1 products or shipping end-to-end user-focused products is highly valued.
- The role requires a passion for improving developer experience including APIs, documentation, and error handling.
- Candidates with background in real-time communications or CPaaS/CCaaS platforms and AI integration will excel.
