What you'll do
- Lead full-stack engineering efforts with end-to-end ownership of APIs, SDKs, AI Agent platform, and communication products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product teams, and developer community to shape real-time AI and communication solutions.
- Drive technical quality across the stack focusing on performance, reliability, latency, and developer experience.
- Operate as a technical leader with 6+ years of experience, mentoring and raising team standards through code reviews and tooling improvements.
- Adopt a product-focused mindset, prioritizing user impact and iterating based on empirical data and customer feedback.
