What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-6 engineers while actively contributing to platform development
- Drive hiring processes including technical interviews and onboarding new team members
- Make key architectural decisions and collaborate closely with VP Engineering on feature definition
- Develop and ship new features across both backend and frontend using a modern tech stack
- Ensure high-quality releases through testing, code reviews, and maintaining clean code
