What you'll do
- Lead and manage a Growth engineering team focused on optimizing the acquisition funnel from signup to checkout.
- Split time roughly 50/50 between coding and management, shipping full-stack features in Ruby on Rails and React.
- Own and design A/B experiments to improve conversion rates while maintaining user quality and retention.
- Collaborate closely with a Sr. PM, Sr. Designer, and report directly to the Head of Engineering.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools to enhance team velocity and maintain experimentation infrastructure.
