What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a small team of 3–6 engineers with continuous feedback and 1:1s
- Drive hiring, conduct interviews, and onboard new team members to grow the team
- Act as a technical sparring partner through code reviews and pair programming
- Contribute to architectural decisions and build features across backend and frontend
