What you'll do
- Build and deploy AI-powered product features used daily by real customers in a fintech platform.
- Design and implement agent-based systems automating complex workflows with LLMs and structured data.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-growth startup environment.
- Work onsite in NYC hybrid model (4 days/week) with a focus on practical, product-facing AI systems.
