What you'll do
- Lead and manage the Invoicing and Jobber Payments Engineering teams within the Fintech department.
- Drive team performance by mentoring, coaching, and facilitating skill development for engineers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful fintech solutions for small businesses.
- Implement and improve processes to remove roadblocks and enable rapid, high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in recruiting and hiring to build a world-class fintech engineering team.
