What you'll do
- Lead a team of 10+ developers to deliver and support web and mobile applications aligned with TVO’s strategic goals.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including technology stack, architecture, code quality, and user experience.
- Manage multiple projects, budgets, and resources while ensuring engineering standards like testing, CI/CD, and accessibility.
- Drive agile practices, backlog prioritization, risk management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
- Coach and develop team members, lead hiring efforts, and influence cross-team decisions to achieve shared outcomes.
