What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Connected Payments within client NetSuite ERP environments.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand and optimize clients' financial workflows including order to cash and procure to pay.
- Configure NetSuite modules such as AR, AP, Banking, Payment Processing, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript-enabled components.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, onboarding, sales engineers, and relationship managers to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide ongoing client advisory, training, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation as a subject matter expert.
