What you'll do
- Lead requirements gathering and define payment processes for a major core payments modernization program.
- Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and detailed payment workflow documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA in an Agile/hybrid environment.
- Support project delivery activities such as planning, scope definition, backlog refinement, and UAT execution.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and risk standards.
