What you'll do
- Lead design and implementation of software and tools to improve performance, availability, scalability, and latency of financial systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to build automation, observability, and monitoring systems for proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Serve as a technical liaison providing documentation, runbooks, and support for Level 1 and Level 2 teams, including 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Champion best practices in microservices architecture, software reliability, and incident management while mentoring team members.
- Continuously evaluate application capacity and work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks.
