What you'll do
- Join a small senior engineering team of three, working directly with the CEO to rebuild AI-native career agents.
- Own end-to-end development of AI features, including API, model orchestration, streaming UI, and rollout.
- Build and improve multi-step agentic workflows that assist users with career research, interview prep, and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain a streaming interface that feels instant, handles retries, and gracefully degrades.
- Design and implement the evaluation system for AI outputs to ensure quality and scalability for future engineers.
