What you'll do
- Work as a Remote Senior or Staff Software Engineer focused on Ruby, Rails, React, and AWS technologies.
- Develop and ship AI-driven features using LLMs, APIs, and agentic AI tools such as Claude and Cursor.
- Collaborate with experienced Rails developers who have deep expertise dating back to version 2.3.
- Drive architectural decisions and build integrations to enhance the next generation of the product.
- Engage closely with product teams to deliver user experience-led features across full stack components.
