What you'll do
- Develop full stack features using Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript to build cybersecurity tooling for US defense contractors.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Take ownership of projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating a product-focused and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle including planning, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers to support team growth and skill development.
What you should know
