What you'll do
- Lead the full development cycle using an AI-driven agentic development process to ship and improve product features.
- Focus on enhancing user experience (UX/UI) and ensuring features solve real user problems effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership and AI teams to evolve both the product and the AI-assisted engineering workflow.
- Implement and manage product observability, including tracking user behavior and automating end-to-end user flow testing.
- Own product adoption, feature polish, documentation, and continuous iteration to move features from 'works' to 'delights'.
