What you'll do
- Join an agile squad with full autonomy over a wide scope of the JobTeaser product impacting millions of users across Europe.
- Develop and maintain features using a modern stack including Ruby, Go microservices, Ruby on Rails monolith, Kubernetes, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and relational databases.
- Participate actively in architectural decisions and the migration towards a microservice architecture.
- Engage in a Continuous Deployment DevOps culture with automated testing, code reviews, pair programming, and production monitoring.
- Contribute to backend engineering best practices and mentor others within the Backend Chapter community.
