What you'll do
- Join an agile squad with full autonomy over a wide scope of a SaaS product impacting millions of users across Europe.
- Develop and maintain features using a modern stack including Ruby, Go microservices, Ruby on Rails monolith, Kubernetes, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
- Participate actively in architectural decisions and migration towards a microservice architecture.
- Contribute to best practices, code reviews, pair programming, and a continuous deployment DevOps culture.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the Backend Chapter to promote technical excellence.
