What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of 7+ backend and full-stack engineers focused on Domestic Wires & Real-time Payments systems.
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while shaping the organization structure as the payment rails group scales.
- Drive predictable execution aligned with company goals, ensuring high technical quality, reliability, and system stability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to prioritize high-impact work and build cohesive products.
- Balance new development with ongoing maintenance and operational excellence in a high-responsibility fintech domain.
