Role Summary

• •Collaborate directly with financial advisors and internal teams to understand onboarding needs and build custom solutions.
• •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through deployment and iteration for advisor-focused initiatives.
• •Write high-quality, maintainable, production-ready code balancing urgent customer needs with long-term scalability.
• •Partner closely with Product, Design, and Operations to translate real customer feedback into platform improvements.
• •Travel 2-4 times per quarter within the US for customer migrations and collaboration, with a hybrid onsite schedule.
