What you'll do
- Lead full stack development of Shopify Apps using Ruby on Rails and React with focus on architecture and refactoring.
- Take technical ownership including planning architecture, identifying risks, and establishing best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product team to define feature implementation and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and fostering a strong engineering culture.
- Work within a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, QA, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
