What you'll do
- Own and evolve core app surfaces including navigation and primary user experiences for millions of members.
- Work across the full stack using React Native for frontend and Ruby on Rails for backend GraphQL APIs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define requirements and shape the product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Participate in on-call rotation and frontend community practices to support app reliability and evolution.
