What you'll do
- Lead development of Scribd's core reading experience impacting over 10 million daily users.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams to prototype and launch AI-enhanced features.
- Modernize the tech stack by decomposing a Ruby on Rails monolith into a modular Microfrontend architecture using Next.js.
- Build and maintain full-stack features including frontend with React/Next.js and backend services in Ruby on Rails and Python.
- Improve SEO and backend document ingestion infrastructure while contributing to frontend infrastructure and shared design systems.
