Role Summary

• •Lead development of Scribd's core reading experience impacting over 10 million daily users.
• •Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams to prototype and launch innovative features.
• •Modernize the tech stack by decomposing a Ruby on Rails monolith into a modular Microfrontend architecture using Next.js.
• •Develop and maintain both frontend and backend systems, including React/Next.js frontend and Python backend services.
• •Improve SEO and AEO alongside SEO PM and contribute to document ingestion infrastructure with Data/ML teams.
