Role Summary

• •Lead development of Scribd's core reading experience impacting over 10 million daily users.
• •Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams to prototype and launch innovative features.
• •Modernize the tech stack by decomposing a Ruby on Rails monolith into a modular Microfrontend architecture using Next.js.
• •Build and maintain full-stack features including frontend with React/Next.js and backend services in Ruby on Rails and Python.
• •Improve SEO and AEO performance working alongside SEO product management and contribute to document ingestion infrastructure.
