What you'll do
- Lead development of the core reading experience impacting over 10 million daily users.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams to prototype and launch AI-enhanced features.
- Modernize the tech stack by decomposing a Ruby on Rails monolith into a modular Microfrontend architecture using Next.js.
- Develop and maintain full-stack features including frontend in React/Next.js and backend services in Ruby on Rails and Python.
- Improve SEO and AEO in partnership with SEO PM and contribute to document ingestion and search infrastructure.
