What you'll do
- Join a 7-member agile development team focused on delivering high-quality SaaS solutions for architecture and engineering firms.
- Develop and maintain a Ruby on Rails 8.1 application with a strong frontend focus using Stimulus, Turbo, and Bootstrap.
- Collaborate closely with product management to rapidly implement and iterate on customer-driven features from a public feature board.
- Contribute to technical debt reduction, documentation improvement, and system simplification as part of ongoing development.
- Work onsite in Berlin with opportunities for regular remote work and participate in team events and offsites.
