What you'll do
- Join a 7-member agile development team focused on delivering high-quality SaaS solutions for architecture and engineering firms.
- Develop and maintain a modern Ruby on Rails 8.1 application with frontend emphasis using Stimulus, Turbo, and Bootstrap.
- Engage directly with customer feedback through a public feature board and rapid iteration cycles.
- Balance feature development with technical debt reduction, documentation improvement, and system simplification.
- Work onsite in Berlin with opportunities for regular remote work and contribute to a product aimed at being 10x better than market standards.
What you should know
- Applicants should have 3+ years of web development experience, ideally with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
