What you'll do
- Join a core engineering team of 5 focused on building and scaling large Ruby on Rails applications with AI integration.
- Lead backend-heavy projects including performance optimization, reliability, and maintainability of Rails APIs and PostgreSQL databases.
- Work across the full product lifecycle: feature development, A/B testing, model integration, and AI agent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to define product requirements and deliver high-quality, fast iterations.
- Contribute to both backend and frontend (Next.js/React) development, focusing on AI-driven product innovation and user experience.
