What you'll do
- Join a cross-functional squad responsible for end-to-end product scopes including Search, Booking, and Billing experiences.
- Drive the full development lifecycle from specification to production and post-production monitoring with strong ownership.
- Collaborate closely with PMs and designers in discovery, shaping, and iterative delivery using agile practices.
- Leverage and integrate AI tools to enhance development workflows and build smarter product features.
- Contribute to technical initiatives, architecture evolution, and mentor junior developers within a culture of code quality and testing.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Rails experience and can independently manage projects from concept to production.
