What you'll do
- Develop and maintain internal applications and digital products for radio makers and listeners, including CMS and interactive features.
- Collaborate closely with the Radio Technology team , Product Manager, and end users to translate product ideas into performant, maintainable code.
- Contribute actively throughout the full development lifecycle, from architecture discussions to deployment and live support.
- Work with a diverse tech stack including Ruby on Rails, Node.js, TypeScript (Vue), Rust, and Go to solve performance-critical and innovative challenges.
- Engage directly with radio teams on the floor to understand the creative and technical needs behind radio production and listener experience.
