What you'll do
- Join a small, focused team working on a major community platform build in the creator economy space.
- Develop and ship full-stack features using Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend with strong test coverage.
- Operate in a self-directed role embedded within the client’s engineering and PM teams, following their processes.
- Contribute to architecture discussions around real-time infrastructure, messaging, and performance scaling.
- Participate actively in sprint rituals, demos, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
What you should know
- This is a temporary contract role with an immediate start and a focus on shipping production code quickly.
- Requires working hours overlapping EST to CET timezones to collaborate effectively with client teams.
- Candidates must be self-directed and comfortable navigating client processes without internal PM support.
