What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of frontend and backend features for AI Copilot product using React, TypeScript, and Ruby.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and ML engineers to build AI-powered customer service solutions.
- Drive technical design, testing, and iteration with a focus on performance, accessibility, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction within the team.
- Maintain and extend Zendesk’s design system and component library for frontend consistency and quality.
