What you'll do
- Take full ownership of core product components from concept to deployment in a high-traffic, scalable D2C platform.
- Collaborate closely with Product and engineering teams to design scalable, maintainable architectures and improve system reliability.
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering team growth and elevating engineering standards.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, development workflows , and system stability in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and shaping the engineering culture during a phase of rapid growth and expansion.
