What you'll do
- Take full ownership of core product components from concept to deployment in a high-traffic D2C platform.
- Collaborate closely with Product team to design scalable and maintainable architectures.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.
- Maintain high code quality and application performance in a fast-paced, continuous deployment environment.
- Shape engineering culture and improve CI/CD pipelines, system stability, and scalability.
