What you'll do
- Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of full-stack features with end-to-end ownership from discovery to production.
- Design and implement AI-powered features using large language models (LLMs) and optimize data structures for autonomous AI tasks.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a team without a CTO or Lead Engineer, driving technical decisions independently.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
- Mentor team members on emerging AI development patterns and improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
What you should know
- This role requires 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React, plus familiarity with AI tools in daily workflows.
- Candidates must be comfortable with autonomous problem solving and technical leadership without a formal CTO or lead.
