What you'll do
- Manage 4 to 6 concurrent enterprise HubSpot implementation programs with budgets of €100k+ each, ensuring projects stay on budget and scope.
- Own full project P&L accountability, including margin monitoring and scope/change order management without leadership support.
- Lead client steering committees involving VP and C-level stakeholders, delivering transparent status updates and managing expectations.
- Mentor 1 to 2 junior PMs on stakeholder management and risk escalation, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain PMO playbook templates and enforce disciplined change request processes for consistent project delivery.
What you should know
- This role requires bilingual fluency in German and business English with a direct, non-corporate communication style.
- Candidates should be prepared to quickly adapt to Thorit's tools including Jira, Confluence, and Forecast within 2 weeks.
- Expect to work onsite in Böblingen with some flexibility for remote work within the EU for up to 4 weeks annually.
