What you'll do
- Lead design and delivery of high-impact full-stack projects for member-facing and internal disputes intake tools.
- Develop and evolve frontend applications, backend services, and APIs supporting dispute filing workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and engineering teams to define requirements and shape roadmaps.
- Drive improvements in system design, reliability, performance, and observability across the platform.
- Mentor engineers and lead projects end-to-end, ensuring high standards of code quality and engineering practices.
