What you'll do
- Lead the design and delivery of high-impact full-stack projects for member-facing and internal disputes intake experiences.
- Develop and evolve frontend applications, backend services, and APIs supporting dispute filing and operational tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, operations, and engineering teams to define requirements and shape roadmaps.
- Drive improvements in system design, reliability, performance, and observability across the disputes intake platform.
- Mentor engineers and lead projects end to end, ensuring high standards in code quality and engineering practices.
