What you'll do
- Lead back-end development with a strong focus on Ruby-on-Rails to build and scale AI companionship products.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to review specs, plan integrations, and estimate tasks.
- Contribute hands-on through code implementation, pull requests, code reviews, and testing.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including web developers, SRE, and data scientists under the CTO’s leadership.
- Drive innovation by experimenting and proposing new ideas aligned with a fast-paced, ambitious product roadmap.
