What you'll do
- Lead back-end development with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails within a rapidly expanding tech team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams including SRE and Data Scientists to define and deliver features.
- Contribute to project planning by preparing integration plans, estimations, and conducting code reviews and testing.
- Report directly to the Tech Lead and work alongside the CTO in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Drive innovation by running experiments and proposing new ideas to enhance product scalability and user experience.
What you should know
