What you'll do
- Own and ship production-quality Windows desktop features focusing on reliability, performance, and user experience
- Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team across Canada, the US, and Ireland on platform-level challenges
- Maintain and evolve the Clio Desktop App, integrating offline document management and passive time tracking
- Provide mentorship and code reviews to raise team standards and foster continuous learning
- Work closely with teams to diagnose and solve issues spanning native desktop and cloud-connected services

- The role requires onsite presence twice weekly if local to hubs in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto
