What you'll do
- Lead design and development of RESTful APIs and backend features for scalable production applications.
- Own and optimize data modeling and relational database performance with a focus on maintainability.
- Enhance backend system reliability, observability, and operational excellence including monitoring and alerting.
- Participate in architectural decisions involving service boundaries, asynchronous workflows, and distributed systems.
- Mentor engineers, review code, and collaborate closely with product and stakeholders to deliver complex backend solutions.
