Senior Software Engineer- Finance & Business Systems

Role Summary

• •Work as a Senior Software Engineer embedded at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, and Operations to improve unit economics visibility and actionability.
• •Develop full-stack solutions including UI, backend services, and database tuning with a focus on scale, resilience, and performance.
• •Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Engineering leadership to solve real operational problems beyond traditional product roadmaps.
• •Contribute to team-wide initiatives such as coding standards, tech debt refinement, system security, and participate in on-call support rotations.
• •Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring new team members to help refine hiring processes and strengthen the engineering team.
