What you'll do
- Lead design and optimization of frontend signup and activation experiences to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality, data-informed solutions.
- Influence the team’s technical direction and mentor peers in frontend best practices and architecture.
- Work within a cross-functional Growth Engineering team focused on experimentation, A/B testing, and personalization.
- Develop scalable, accessible, and performant web applications using modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
