What you'll do
- Lead design and optimization of frontend signup and activation experiences to improve user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality, data-informed solutions.
- Drive technical direction and mentorship within the Signup & Activation team focused on growth engineering.
- Develop performant, accessible, and scalable frontend applications using modern TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
- Work cross-functionally with backend engineers to build complete product experiences leveraging APIs and personalization.
