What you'll do
- Lead design and optimization of frontend signup and activation experiences to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality, data-informed solutions.
- Contribute to the team’s technical direction and mentor peers to uphold technical excellence.
- Develop in a React and TypeScript environment with strong integration to backend APIs and Ruby on Rails ecosystem.
- Work within a cross-functional Growth Engineering team focused on experimentation, A/B testing, and personalization.
