What you'll do
- Join a rapidly expanding tech team to build and scale EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate directly with the Tech Lead, co-founder CTO, product, and engineering teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Responsible for reviewing project specs, planning integrations, coding, code reviews, and testing in an agile environment.
- Work primarily with Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS on large-scale products used by millions.
- Contribute to a user-centric, ethical AI product with an emphasis on ownership, velocity, and craftsmanship.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in backend or full-stack roles within fast-paced, agile scale-ups.
- Applicants should be comfortable working on NSFW content and uncensored AI models, aligning with EverAI’s product nature.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English are essential for success in this fully remote role.
