What you'll do
- Join a rapidly expanding tech team to build and scale a world-leading AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate directly with the Tech Lead, product managers, and cross-functional teams including SRE and data scientists.
- Responsible for end-to-end software development: reviewing specs, planning integrations, coding, testing, and code reviews.
- Work primarily with Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Contribute to a product used by millions of users globally, with opportunities to experiment and influence the roadmap.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in backend or full-stack roles within fast-paced scale-ups or large-scale products.
